In a nutshell:

We are in search of a Managing Agent & Producer to join Good Souls, a new division of the Chapel Collective team (Chapel and The Different Folk). Working within Animation, Motion Design and CGI, you will be tasked with building a roster of top talent, as well as leading the delivery on a variety of projects across advertising, tech, editorial and publishing. You will be responsible for establishing and supporting the management of the new Agency on a day to day basis.

As a client-facing role, it will require you to take on the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope. You must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating everyone around you to create work we’re proud to put the Good Souls and Chapel Collective name to.

Overview:

• Managing varying projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring delivery is on time and to a high standard

• Act as the main point of contact for all clients and artists (in-house and commissioned), assigning responsibilities to get the best out of every brief

• Generating proposal’s, timing plans, SOWs and POs. Managing budget trackers, and monitoring progression

• Research global animators, proposing artists to join the Good Souls roster

• Work collaboratively with artists to help achieve their creative goals

• Use, maintain and build upon existing contacts database to establish a client base

• Generate new business through strategic research and outreach, setting up introduction meetings on a regular basis

• Organising and leading in/external meetings including WIPs

• Supporting the Senior Leadership of the Chapel Collective team

• Negotiate usage extensions & Protect artists’ rights.
