The Role

We are currently looking for a brilliant and versatile freelance Project Manager/Producer to join our busy Visualisation team for a paternity cover.

As well as possessing excellent organisational skills, the successful candidate will be a calm and considered problem solver, with the confidence to coordinate a team of creatives across our wide and varied range of projects. They will be flexible, organised, able to work to tight deadlines, unafraid of new challenges, and passionate about visual communication. We're looking for a versatile Project Manager/Producer who has a passion for asking the right questions and facilitating creativity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role as Project Manager/Producer within the creative industry and be used to the changing demands of a busy studio.

We are looking for someone who can seamlessly slot into our team and hit the ground running. You will be receiving briefs from clients, defining objectives, assigning and briefing the team, running project schedules and workflows, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for overseeing creative suppliers and studio processes, managing budgets and being the point of contact for project requests.

Standard working hours are 9:30 - 5:30 with a one-hour lunch break. The role will be a mix of remote and office working. We offer flexibility for regular home working.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all internal and external resources

Tracking projects

Creating production schedules

Leading on larger projects

Ensuring work is delivered on time and budget

File management

Meeting clients (virtually and/or in real life) to receive briefs and discuss projects

Engaging with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds and at all levels

Working with creative partners and leadership to define projects, aligning with objectives and creating pitches and treatments

What we are looking for

Essential:

A minimum of two years of professional experience working in creative studios/teams and a good knowledge of the creative process

Proactive time management, organisation and communication skills, with a flexible and agile approach

Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Capable and comfortable working collaboratively and independently

Familiar with project managing software e.g. Monday

Great attention to detail

Generally curious about the world and communicating ideas

UK resident and are able to travel to London for team and client meetings. When working remotely, you will need to work from a private area so confidentiality is maintained.

Desirable:

Background in illustration/visualisation projects

Previous experience working in global teams and working with client teams globally

Knowledge of Google Suite

Can-do attitude

Mindset that thrives under pressure
