Job Description
We’re a full-service award winning agency specialising in brand strategy, design and activation.
We’ve been going for 10 years and have offices in London and Dublin—with a dedicated team of designers, developers, copywriters and strategists.
Our name speaks to our internal philosophy—the fact that we believe in noise and order.
And by saying that, we mean we create beautiful, bespoke and striking visual solutions for our clients—but we’re also very aware that this needs to be backed up by tangible and actionable foundations.
It helps us create brands that deliver—on clients business objectives, ambitions, and on helping them stand out in their category.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and developing each scope of work with the client whilst taking a leading role in the client relationship on behalf of Rowdy
• Help build and execute strategies that communicate and achieve client vision, strategy, and goals
• Learn to deep dive into client’s businesses and their landscape in order to understand and identify their competitive advantage—then finding the best route and articulation to communicate this.
• Actively participate in workshops, pitches, presentations and new business meeting
• Support Rowdy’s business development
• A desire to help lead in developing the outward voice of the studio
• Love of copywriting to help support creative output and marketing needs
• Work alongside the creative team to research, develop and write compelling brand narratives that support great creative thinking
• Looking to help grow our strategy offering by identifying opportunities with existing clients, and helping scope briefs for future engagements
• Build and create specific domain expertise and thought leadership for the entire organisation, through first party papers and posts which work in line with the new business team
• Building relationships and proactively networking
Who you are:
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in copywriting and messaging development highly necessary
• An interest in collaborating closely with designers and creatives in order to form concepts and shape the creative direction
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of business models
• Strong communicator with an ability to listen and engage with clients
• Comfortable creating a deck or proposal and pitching/presenting to clients whilst having the ability to think on your feet in the room
• Entrepreneurial approach to developing Rowdys growth and the role long term within the desired parameters, with the aim to exceed those objectives
• Able to research, analyse and identify opportunities in industry verticals and pivot where necessary (for both clients and Rowdy)
And thats not all....
• We’re working a hybrid model and our offices are just behind the Tate!
• Flexible working hours - we trust people to manage their time and to focus on wider results; so if you want to leave at 5 on a Tuesday for Choir practice, just ensure the team knows in advance and you are free to go
• Keep Learning - A chance to upskill or get involved in training with an allocated yearly budget on topics agreed
• All employees have the opportunity to plan and manage a variety of funded socials and activities for the team. Once we are back to socialising, our day outs can involve anything from rock climbing or bowling to company meals or pub crawls
• Nom Nom - We all come together for a pizza lunch once a month and showcase work others may not have seen or just have a good auld natter. Vegetarian and vegan options always provided!
