Job Description

Are you interested in illustration, animation and the power of visual storytelling?

We are on the hunt for a new business projects coordinator with excellent organisational skills and a keen interest in visual communications to join the Scriberia team.

You’ll work on an exciting roster of clients spanning consumer brands, big tech, education, healthcare and government. As the first point of contact for new, inbound enquiries, you'll be the lynchpin between the Client Relations and Production teams, supporting the scoping, winning and production of client briefs, from live scribes to distinctive animations, illustrations and infographics that explain, entertain and educate. No two clients are the same.

About You

We’re looking for someone proactive, enthusiastic and outgoing who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong project management skills. You’ll have had a minimum of 2+ years working in a busy, client-facing role (ideally in a B2B environment, but we’re open to applicants looking to expand their experience.)

You should be an excellent communicator with the skills and confidence to build mutual trust and rapport with senior client executives and brilliantly represent Scriberia’s team and services. Demonstrating outstanding organisational abilities, you can manage a busy schedule, effortlessly juggling multiple spinning plates.

Ultimately, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for the work that we do and an understanding of the huge benefits of visual communication.

We would welcome applications from candidates of all ages and backgrounds, including more experienced professionals looking for a new challenge, those looking to apply their skills to a new industry, or individuals returning to the workforce after a career break.
