We want someone passionate about storytelling through video, from concept through to shoot and final edit, confident working in a fast-paced environment, and excited to collaborate as part of a close-knit creative team. You’ll be responsible for filming and editing everything from brand films and social content to campaign videos, case studies, and motion-led assets, primarily for clients in the commercial property sector.

What you’ll do

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content for brand campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and events.
  • Maintain consistency wies while pushing advancing ideas.
  • Create engaging visual stories that bring our clients’ brands, property, and ideas to life.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and text-led sequences to elevate video output.
  • Generate and pitch new creative concepts and video ideas in response to briefs.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate creative output (e.g. editing support, visual enhancements, transcription, sound clean-up).
  • Maintain excellent file management and organisation across projects, ensuring assets are structured, archived, and accessible.
  • Maintain brand guidelines while advancing creative ideas.
  • Own video projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, and marketers across the studio.
  • Work with external suppliers, videographers, and stakeholders when required.

What we’re looking for

  • A creative video editor and confident camera operator who understands storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.
  • Strong filming skills, with experience shooting interviews, property, lifestyle, and branded content.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple briefs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and disciplined file management.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Good working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance editing workflows and creative output.
  • Experience creating content for digital, social, and campaign-led marketing.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with sound design, colour grading, lighting setups, or basic animation.
  • Ideally, 3–4 years’ experience in video editing, filming, motion, or content creation (agency or in-house).
