We are looking for a Studio Manager to join us on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the studio, overseeing administration, compliance and facilities manager and proactively supporting the Directors and wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Studio Operations
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and office.
- Develop and improve office processes and administrative systems.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and company-wide events.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain HR records, annual leave, training, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate staff inductions and ongoing training.
- Organise Health & Safety compliance review and assist with relevant legislation.
- Maintain risk assessments, fire safety records, and first aid arrangements.
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
- Manage cleaning, waste, recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure all office equipment and facilities remain operational.
- Support Directors with business development activities, tender submissions, and proposal documentation.
- Coordinate company accreditations and professional memberships.
- Support project teams with administrative requirements when needed.
- Manage relationships with external IT providers.
- Coordinate software subscriptions, licences, and renewals.
- Maintain asset registers for laptops, phones, and equipment.
- Support cybersecurity awareness and onboarding/offboarding of user accounts.
- Liaise with external accountants and payroll providers.
- Track supplier invoices.
- Support Directors with financial administrative actions.
