The job, in brief
We’re seeking a talented midweight video production manager/ editor to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll produce video content for marketing campaigns, primarily for social and digital platforms.
You’ll drive the video process, leading the planning and execution of video projects, and managing video workflows and teams to deliver on time and budget. And, for some projects, you’ll be hands on editing video content.

The experience we’d like you to have
Required:
- 2-5 years’ experience in video production management and professional video editing experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency/ production house
- Be on top of the latest marketing/ video industry trends/ techniques and actively use this knowledge to bring fresh ideas and creativity to your work
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Knowledge of motion graphics/ animation
Helpful:
- An interest in embracing and exploring AI tools to improve your productivity and achieve high-quality work
What you’ll do day to day
Your job is to:
- Work on/ oversee multiple video projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with the creative/ design team to conceptualise and execute video projects
- Manage video workflows and teams, including editors, animators and operators, both in-house and freelance, providing guidance and feedback and ensuring deadlines are met
- On some projects, edit video content
- Work with motion graphics, colour grading, and audio enhancement
- Liaise with account team/ clients to ensure projects meet the client brief/ expectations
- Support the account team to upsell video projects
- Attend client calls and pitches to present video creative
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Salary
£35-45k, dependant on experience.
