The role

We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer - you’ll be part of a rapidly expanding company with teams in the UK and Dubai, and we’ll be expanding into the US and APAC later this year.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with others in the team to understand and interpret briefs, bringing them to life through print and digital design.
• Deliver impactful designs to create a 'wow' experience for our clients.
• Create promotional materials, including brochures, leaflets, prototypes & online
• content.
• Support a senior designer with the management of jobs via requests & briefs coming into the team.
• Create design concepts using competitor and market research to gather inspiration.

Experience required:

• Good working knowledge of HubSpot or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Creative Softwares (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
• Minimum 2 years of Digital Design experience (UX/UI preferable).
• An eye for detail.
• Strong graphic, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Team-player mentality but also the ability to work with their own initiative.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML an advantage.
• A fast and stable internet connection
