The Studio

We’re currently working with several client studios; all focused on finding talented mid-weight designers for a range of permanent and freelance opportunities across the year ahead. These studios span a variety of creative disciplines and are keen to meet designers who can bring fresh thinking and ideas, good energy and a high level of craft to their teams.

We’re keen to connect with designers who are well established at mid-weight level and have spent the last few years building solid knowledge and expertise across all phases of the design process. You’ll already have some impressive studio experience under your belt and be able to clearly demonstrate conceptual thinking, strategic problem-solving, a deep understanding of design systems and exceptional craft through the projects you’ve worked on so far.

You’ll need to be fully comfortable working from early concept stages right through to final delivery, managing your own workload with confidence while collaborating closely with clients and the team around you. You’ll enjoy contributing ideas, opinions and a clear point of view in creative meetings and conversations and feel confident presenting and discussing solutions and design detail throughout the process.
