A thriving tech brand that is scaling in 2025. The in-house design studio is at the heart of the business, delivering all creative output and communications to the highest standards. This is a multi-disciplined team of creative excellence, all working together to achieve the best results in a commercial but highly creative way. They now need an established Motion specialist to work across all brand communications/creative and help deliver on their ambitions and brand journey. They offer a service orientated but collaborative and supportive environment and culture with some great perks and a super-flexible working arrangement which can be fully remote if needed.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing brand doing remarkably well in its sector. Having just completed an exciting brand refresh with one of the most reputable studios out there, the in-house team is tasked with bringing this to life across every brand touchpoint including campaigns, digital and social, and brand films. This person will need to be a creative thinker with an elevated design sensibility, able to translate brand narratives into beautiful and compelling motion graphics. Working with a focused and successful team, you’ll champion motion and moving image, playing a key role in building a new motion language and aesthetic for the brand. This really is an opportunity to create a motion system from the ground up for a global brand.

Our Ideal Candidate

An established Motion Designer who can think creatively and deliver well-crafted motion graphics for a range of touch points.

Has a strong focus on maintaining exceptionally high creative standards and work.

Stays ahead of trends and techniques in motion design and enjoys contributing fresh and innovative ideas about how the brand moves.

Is highly skilled in motion and design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4d, Adobe Creative Suite).

Is confident working in a fast-paced environment with acute attention to detail.

Is equipped with an impressive showreel that demonstrates all the above.
