Job Description

Hi! We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Marketing Assistant to join our small team based in Hackney, East London. We’re a B Corp certified gaming marketing agency that works with the lovely folks at Wizards of the Coast, Ubisoft, Frontier, ASUS – and many more. Our focus is on ensuring that our campaigns are not only effective, but also inclusive – we’re looking for an ethically-minded individual who shares our passion for games marketing that reflects the diversity of players.

About the role

This is a six-month contract with the possibility to extend into a full-time position (performance dependent). We work four days a week, though there are occasionally working Fridays – the team is always notified ahead of time in such cases. The salary for the position is £30,000 PA.

This is not a remote position. This role requires you to be located within commuting distance to our office as it involves working with creator sendouts. We’re generally flexible about remote work and let you choose when you want to come in/stay home, but you’ll likely need to be in office twice a week.

We’re looking for a passionate individual looking to get started in the gaming industry: an interest in games is a must. Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years of marketing experience under your belt, not necessarily within the industry. In this role, you’ll get to work with content creators, assist team members in producing creative campaigns and take ownership of databases.

– 1-2 years of marketing experience

– Confident with Google Suite: Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides

– Able to conduct work in a professional manner

– Excellent writing and communication skills

– Problem-solver with a positive attitude

– Able to commute to our office in Hackney, East London

– Reporting on and collating campaign results

– Participating in external and internal meetings

Perks

– Four-day working week

– Private dental and health insurance

– Cycle to work scheme

– Thirteenth salary in December

– 28 paid vacation days

– Industry events and team outings

– Company laptop and equipment

The salary for the position is £30,000 PA.
