We have the pleasure of working with some of the best factories in the world to develop bespoke gifts and merchandise for them. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative and high-quality items that meet our project, and client needs.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate product concepts into tangible products.
- Develop and maintain our existing network of suppliers and manufacturers, primarily in the Far East.
- Work with the team to create samples and manage production runs.
- Manage our supply chain, from the start to finish of special projects.
- Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Product Development:
- Oversee the product development process, from taking the initial concept to final production.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and audits.
- Manage supplier quality control and resolve any issues promptly.
- Create PO’s and maintain the critical path.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000, based on experience

* Please note, this is a full-time role based in our West London office, with the option to work one day from home.
