Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

We're seeking a mid-weight graphic designer to join our growing creative team at Eighty Studio, a fun and dynamic marketing agency based in Shoreditch, London. Our team is a friendly mix of designers, photographers, and marketers who collaborate to deliver innovative and disruptive solutions to diverse clients.

We're looking for someone passionate, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and creativity are at the heart of what we do, and you'll design everything from marketing brochures, brand packs to websites, email campaigns, and digital ads-primarily for our clients in the commercial property sector.

If you're confident in Adobe's creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), have a flair for After Effects and Premiere Pro (bonus points), and have a friendly, can-do attitude, we'd love to chat!

What you'll do

• Design high-quality collateral for brand campaigns, multimedia projects, and events.
• Create visual stories that highlight and elevate our client's brands.
• Bring fresh design ideas while sticking to brand guidelines.
• Manage and mentor other designers while taking ownership of your projects.
• Collaborate with print partners and suppliers to ensure high production quality.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and ensure designs come to life.

What we're looking for

• Someone who can push creative boundaries while working within brand guidelines.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong project management experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects & Premiere Pro).
• Bonus if you know HTML/Emailers, web design, and have knowledge in print!
• Ideally, 6-8 years of design experience within commercial, residential, or investment property.
