Who You Are

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our multi-disciplinary team, who is committed and passionate about creating beautifully crafted design solutions. You will have strong experience within the creative industry and can demonstrate a varied and considered body of work across multiple projects and mediums. We are looking for portfolios that reflect a high standard of craft, originality and purpose.

Working closely with, and in support of our Design Associates, Creative Director and Creative Partners, you will lead the creative development of a variety of exciting projects, right from concept to creation. You will create and encourage beautiful and inspiring designs that respond to our clients’ needs and their markets challenges.

You collaborate effectively across disciplines, communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on expectations, feedback and delivery. You take responsibility for incorporating client feedback thoughtfully and ensuring work reflects both creative ambition and client needs.

You inspire and support junior members of the design team, offering guidance, feedback and encouragement to help them grow in confidence, craft and capability. You contribute to the development of others without formal line-management responsibility.

You bring a keen eye for detail in all aspects of design, from art-direction rigour to typographic nuance. Your work is purposeful, distinctive and clearly rooted in strategic intent that links back to the brief and Here's overall mission.

You are a confident and thoughtful presenter. You craft clear narratives for presentations and understand the importance of storytelling in bringing clients on the creative journey. You are comfortable discussing other disciplines' work in front of clients.

You hold clear design authority within your projects and take ownership of the work you lead and contribute to. You balance expressive creative design with a sense of responsibility – considering client objectives, delivery realities and the wider goals of the studio. You are approachable, collaborative and generous with your time, and you champion both your own ideas and those of the wider team.

Technical Skills

• Strong packaging design capability
• Proven experience creating and evolving brand identities
• Exceptional typographic skills and layout skills
• Strong conceptual thinking and art-direction sensibility
• Mastery of presentation building
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma a bonus)
• Motion / 3D / Illustration /Type design skills a bonus

Salary & Benefits

The salary bracket for this role is £45,000 – £55,000 dependant on skills and experience. As a BCorp we take a holistic view of reward and progression.
