Our client is a wonderful boutique studio with amazing clients from the Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Property realm.
The current team is formed of 12 wonderfully talented Designers and Project Manager who have worked together closely (remotely) during the difficult time of 2020.
Last year gave them the opportunity to revisit the current team and the next steps to put in place to move them forward as a business. A natural addition to the team will be their new Design Director aka you!
You will be working closely alongside the founders who are both very involved in the day to day running of the studio. This role will sit with them whilst you’re learning the ropes of the role, now this of course doesn’t mean touching up your mac skills but becoming immersed in the company and really understanding their unique approach to Design and the conceptual thinking the team offer. This role will be hands on at the beginning, it’s important you still enjoy the nitty gritty of day-to-day Design. You will be someone that nurtures the team and continues to build the great working environment they have. The role will be working closely with clients and playing a vital role in growing and developing new and existing relationships.
Now let’s chat about the projects, the studio in question have worked on some pretty iconic jobs over the years and I’m sure you will be very familiar with their Designs. They are focused on Branding Design, this often naturally expands into retail/ spatial design, online design for web and social, illustrations, campaigns concepts. They create stunning brand identity’s and brand worlds and champion craft and detail no matter how big or small the project may be.
