Your Key Responsibilities:

• Generate creative work with strong concepts in response to briefs.

• Provide digital + print support for marketing campaigns.

• Execute brand-driven projects taking into consideration volume & incremental quality of design.

• Take ownership of your work and responsibility for every last detail & step.

• Excellent time management + workload prioritization to meet project deadlines.

Your Qualification:

• 3+ years related experience in a creative agency or design studio

• Relevant experience in Games, iGaming and/or Payment industry is beneficial

• Proven digital + print experience & ability to bring your concepts to life across a wide range of projects (websites, digital ads, social, events, motion & marketing collateral)

• Strong attention to detail & highly organised + a pro-active approach

• An understanding of brand & creative processes

• Collaborate with other designers & stakeholders to support all brand creative

• Detailed understanding of end-to-end digital & print delivery process

• Ability to storyboard

• Pixel perfect, creative thinker, problem solver

• Ability to plan, work & manage your own time and deliverables with a high degree of autonomy

• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly explain & substantiate your designs

• Solid Adobe CS skills; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Experienced in Sketch + InVision & Figma

• Some experience in After Effects is desirable

• Excellent written, verbal communication

• Full proficiency in English

• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, site maps are beneficial

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong initiative & dedication to quality

• Self-motivation and self-reliance

• Adaptable, flexible & willingness to embrace change
