The role.

We're looking for a London-based Strategist with 3 years of experience, someone who's endlessly curious, thinks with clarity, and uses creativity to help shape exceptional work. You’re looking for a new opportunity to grow and sharpen your skills.

You'll bring a progressive understanding of the latest cultural, industry and regulatory trends affecting our clients. Turning research, data and audience insight into meaningful strategies that solve real business problems.

Who you are.

You’re someone who knows how to make insight actionable, whether you're developing personas, writing inspiring creative briefs and propositions, or simplifying complex ideas into memorable narratives. You'll design and lead engaging workshops, present your thinking with confidence to clients and colleagues, and contribute to everything from social content and case studies, bringing strategy to life across the studio.

What you do.

  • These are just some of the skills we would expect a strategist to have. Brilliance comes in many forms though; our minds are always open.
  • You contribute to brand strategy, positioning and creative strategy projects from discovery through to delivery, confidently leading workstreams and smaller projects while collaborating with senior strategists on more complex challenges.
  • You’re comfortable building relationships with clients, facilitating workshops, interviews and strategic conversations that create alignment, inspire thinking and create momentum.
  • You help define complex brand challenges, uncover opportunities and translate business objectives into compelling positioning, strategic narratives and creative direction.
  • You’re confident delivering research and insight, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies, competitive analysis and cultural observation to uncover actionable opportunities.
  • You’re confident developing brand messaging, value propositions and strategic narratives that connect commercial ambition with audience needs in meaningful and memorable ways.
  • You contribute meaningfully to larger strategic engagements, like positioning, brand architecture and transformation projects, through thoughtful analysis, collaboration and problem-solving.
  • You design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and working sessions that surface meaningful insight, align teams and support confident decision-making.
  • A natural communicator, you present strategic thinking with clarity, confidence and conviction, making complex ideas engaging, accessible and persuasive for both clients and colleagues.
  • You work closely with creative teams, providing clear direction, thoughtful challenge and constructive feedback that ensures strategy remains at the heart of every creative outcome.
  • You build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating curiosity, good judgement and the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and offer considered perspectives.
  • You collaborate well with strategists, designers, copywriters, producers and delivery teams, contributing to well-run projects through proactive communication, thoughtful planning and a shared commitment to exceptional work.
