Role: Senior Graphic & Motion Designer
Salary: £45-55K, depending on experience
Location: Remote/London/UK
Role description:
Are you a highly creative and passionate Motion or Graphic Designer? Do you want to work on projects that make a difference? If so, we want you to join our team!
We are seeking talented and motivated Senior Motion and Graphic Designers (or those who can do both) to work on all parts of the design process for our healthcare clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative visual content that will help communicate their messages effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Creative Lead for this growing department
- Conceptualise and execute creative concepts for our healthcare accounts.
- Lead and collaborate with other members of the team to develop engaging and successful campaigns and content.
- Use your experience to give direction to more junior members of the team
- Design and produce high-quality motion and graphic assets for various digital campaigns and platforms.
- Ability to present and explain your design concepts and process to the client to help exceed their expectations and achieve their goals.
- Passionate about design, has an interest in the design community and is always seeking inspiration and sharing with the team.

Key skills:
- Fluent across the Adobe suite, in particular After Effects for Motion Designers and Photoshop & Illustrator for Graphic Designers.
- A self-starter, you are keen to get stuck in and like to try out new things.
- Idea-driven - making things look cool is a great skill but we like it backed up with ideas.
- Collaborative - you’re happy to share your experience and are always open to feedback.
- Excellent design, typography, and layout skills.
- An understanding of marketing, especially in social media.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years experience producing professional work for a number of different clients.
- A portfolio that shows a real passion for design, including:
- Creative ideas, well executed.
- Typographic excellence.
- Creating a brand or working within brand guidelines
- Sketching, storyboarding, styleframes. We want to hear about your process.
- We really want to see projects that you’re passionate about and proud of.
