Job Description

As a Project Manager at Stereo you will play a key part in managing our digital marketing projects across a variety of different brands and channels. You should know every detail about your project/s at any given point and act as a ‘go to’ on all delivery related queries for both clients and internal teams.

With a strong commitment to quality, you will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, managing and scheduling internal resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the Stereo team.

You will have experience in project management, excellent organisational skills and problem-solving abilities. Working on the busy Nike account, you must be confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously and take a proactive approach.

Skills and Knowledge Required

- 2 years + experience of successfully managing a variety of projects from end to end

- Being proactive, reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- A keen attention to detail

- Good financial knowledge and experience tracking project budgets

- Awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms

- The confidence to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team

- Knowledge of main project management tools and methodologies

- Up to date with evolutions in the marketing and technology fields, from both a professional and personal point of view

Typical Activities

- Manage a range of projects, from brief through to delivery, with a strong focus on digital

- Estimate project budgets and draft statement of works and cost estimates

- Gather project requirements, define deliverables, organise delivery and deadlines

- Work closely with creative teams, schedule resources and organise time

- Plan fully to ensure the delivery of any given project is within scope and on budget, performing accurate cost analysis and forecasts

- Plan and lead internal project meetings

- Contribute to the planning and running of client facing meetings

- Document meetings/catch ups and sharing detailed contact reports and next steps to all involved

- Help with preparing effective and engaging presentations for stakeholders at all levels
