The Role
This role will centralise and build operational processes, bringing clarity and foresight across both internal and external projects and inter-departmental collaboration. This role will be key in bringing order and transparency across our processes, from key documentation, capacity systems, comms and RACI.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring clarity across team R&Rs, schedules, capacity planning and workflows
- Audit, elevate and develop key internal cross-departmental documentation including briefing and kick off documentation, RACI, etc
- Audit and develop new organisation, filing and storage systems
- Audit, connect and elevate software and platforms inc Monday, Float
- Centralise and streamline comms and calendars
- Prioritisation of workflow and tasks across depts for both internal and external projects

Experience Level:
- Operations, studio management or project management experience
- Experience of using PM and resource software
- Experience events, editorial or creative environments beneficial

- Experience in financial management, data, etc also applicable
Key Details:
- Project Fee of £6,000 (around x20 days with potential to extend)
- Contract: Part-Time, ideally 3 - 5 days a week
- Seniority Level: Senior
- Location: Hybrid, ideally 2 days based in our London studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the rest of the week remote. Can acccomodate fully remote if needed
