The Role

You’ll join our talented design team of creatives, technical and graphic designers.

We’re open to flexible and hybrid ways of working but due to the nature of our business, we’ll want you to be in our Broxburn office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

You’ll have significant creative and design experience working in an agency.

Activities and Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

- Working on creative proposals for activations and brand environments for a range of customers, from reception of brief to delivery of product.

- Working on experiential brand projects, from concept to creating visuals and production-ready artwork.

- Liaising with key customers to both understand their brand identities and interpret briefs.

- Creating high impact visuals which illustrate core concepts and brand goals, all which will be contained within professional proposals.

- Presenting concepts and proposals to brands.

- Liaising with suppliers and production teams.

- Managing timelines and projects effectively.

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)

What you’ll need:

- Significant experience across a range of 3D visualisation software (Sketchup, Rhino, C4D etc.)

- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.

- Strong graphic design skills.

- Strong conceptual design ability.

- Time-management and communication skills.

- An open mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for coming up with new and amazing concepts.

- Keen interest in latest trends across pop culture, fashion, art, design, music, and technology including AI.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an ability to work to quick deadlines.

Nice to have:

- Conceptual sketching/illustration skills

- Copywriting skills.

- Confident presenter

- Interest in new technologies such as AR and VR.
