‘ink’ is a Post-Production studio based in De Beauvoir, London.

We produce work for a broad roster of brands and photographers – from global advertising campaigns to passion projects.

We are looking for a meticulous and personable Post-Production Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. They’ll need to be commited to producing imagery of the highest quality and supporting us to deliver work that we can be proud of. Some industry experience and strong communication skills are essential.

The role involves co-ordinating the production team and retouchers to ensure successful and timely post-production across all of our projects. You will work in partnership with the Head of the Studio to brief creative and technical requirements to the retouchers and be responsible for the workflow of all image post-production.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful planning and workflow of our Studio, whilst prioritising the integrity and quality of the work.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a passion for creative image making. An ability to work under pressure with a collaborative mindset is required.

Main Duties

- Utilise project management software to track progress of projects and direct workflow.

- Liaise with the production & retouch teams to ensure that all necessary briefs, files, grading refs, delivery specs, colour profiles etc are in hand from the outset.

- Co-ordinate the production and retouching teams for scheduling and delivery of assets.

- Work closely with the Head of the Studio to provide daily overviews of project allocation for the following day.

- Plan the studio’s workload and adjust according to changing priorities and business needs.

- Ensure the freelance resources are assigned efficiently to projects and internal teams have adequate resources to manage their workload effectively.

- Communicate retouching amends from clients to retouchers and check that briefs have been correctly addressed.

- Maintain server file structure and support archiving of assets.

- Bring any standards or deadlines in jeopardy to the attention of the Head of Studio.

- Use CaptureOne for image processing, experience is preferred but not essential.

- Be responsible for upload and download of imagery as well as creating and checking links
