We’re looking for a new Studio Assistant to join our team! You’ll be assisting our Operations Manager with day-to-day activities to make sure all the staff and freelancers have the resources and equipment they need and that the studio is a comfortable and productive environment for the team to work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ad-hoc and last-minute support with any technical or IT problems and difficulties with machinery, equipment or software.
  • Setting up new machines and other hardware
  • Keeping track of and deploying software licenses
  • Front of house duties such as answering the phone and collection of studio deliveries and post
  • Database cleanup such as adding new freelancers, updating availability and deleting duplicates
  • Making sure that all studio equipment is prepped, charged and ready to be used
  • Ensuring that the studio is neat and tidy at all times, fully stocked (loo roll, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning supplies etc) and the plants are watered
  • ​​Assisting with managing studio receipts and expenses, prepping for bookkeeping.
  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Talent & Scheduling Coordinator with onboarding freelancers, making sure they feel welcome and have the correct set up: - computer, software, cintiqs, server logins, welcome pack, fobs etc
  • Assist with managing the maintenance of the studio
  • Assisting with the organisation of all corporate and social events including staff parties and pizza Fridays
  • Provide production support and assistance where needed

  • You have excellent attention to detail
  • You’ve got a good level of IT skill or are confident in your ability to pick up new IT skills
  • You’re reliable, friendly and organised
  • You are able to work independently and take initiative where needed
  • You have no problem multitasking
  • You’re approachable and easy to get on with
