Specialist Advisor, Brand and Design
Location: Flexible
• Grade & Salary: 6 £21,857 rising to £23,940 over three years (pro-rata to a full time equivalent salary of £35,994-£39,369)

Role Purpose
To manage the organisation's brand and lead its creative and practical application across all media. To build in-house capacity and capability within a robust governance framework.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Substantial experience as a graphic designer, either in-house or in a design agency.
2. Demonstrated ability to run design projects from start to finish, to deadlines, collaborating across stakeholders and functions
3. Expert working knowledge of professional design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. High level of experience in creative design disciplines.
5. Knowledge of digital accessibility
6. Member of relevant professional body and committed to your own CPD.
7. Mentor less experienced colleagues.
