ohne is the hyper-personalised membership, delivering all-natural products, support and resources for the entire menstrual cycle. ohne launched and became a Techstars alumni company in ‘19, and has since shipped over 1.5 million products, seeing over 100% revenue growth in the last 12 months. Backed by global venture funds, we are looking for someone exceptional to join the growth marketing team to lead community partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing an ambassador growth strategy, leading community partnerships and working with influencers to scale brand awareness and customer acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across the growth and brand teams, where success is driven from perfectly aligned content partnerships that ultimately drive awareness and conversions. What you’ll do:
Build relationships - You'll work across social platforms, seeking to form partnerships and build relationships with brilliantly aligned ambassadors, influencers and content creators.
Understand and engage our audience - You’ll spend your time where our audience loves to be, and you’ll have a great understanding of our target demographic and how to engage them through relevant partnerships and content.
Growth - You’ll work with the wider marketing team to define an ambassador growth strategy and outline what success looks like. From there, you’ll be responsible for execution in order to achieve the results required.
Content creation - You’ll work closely with our creative lead and brand team, deciphering content deliverables (both look, feel and substance) before working with the relevant influencers/ content creators to achieve these results. Finally, you’ll share the created content with relevant departments.
Reporting - You’ll be measuring your success, sharing KPI’s with the wider marketing teams.
Research and learning - We love working with people who are constantly looking to learn and improve. You’ll spend time researching consumer trends, learning about the markets and trying new things.

You have a meticulous eye for detail and are eager to ensure consistency of the ohne brand and its messaging.
You bring ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to get things wrong. We value your ideas and your creativity. We love that you’re pushing boundaries even if the ideas are ones we can’t action.
You’re a self-starter and have exceptional time management skills. We’ll never be micromanaging you.
You’re eager to learn. Whether that’s keeping up to date in the ever-changing digital world to ensure ohne remains top of the game or taking courses to immerse yourself in the areas that ohne values, you’re always looking to further yourself.
