Role: Senior Brand Packaging Designer
Function: Brand
Reports to: Head of Brand & Creative
Location: London 3 Days per week / Hybrid
Compensation: £40-50k depending on experience + Market Leading Benefits

The Beauty Crop is a young, fast-growing dynamic beauty company, operating primarily in the E-commerce space but starting soon in retail too. Our company is inspired by healthy living and we create products that are enhanced with nutrition derived from natural ingredients; Our philosophy is that nutrition is as equally essential for your skin as it is for your body; We are a global team operating in the UK and North America and are passionate about creating colourful, fun and cruelty-free cosmetics.

Your Mission:
To design brand packaging that elevates The Beauty Crop, focusing on premiumisation and creating that wow factor for the customer, you’ll lead the development of the look and feel of new product packaging and the unboxing experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative to develop The Beauty Crops future brand identity for packaging
Work closely with the New Product Development team on what products are upcoming and developing the look and feel of the packaging
Liaise with suppliers directly on packaging development and sampling
Manage project timelines to ensure packaging is designed, sampled and delivered on time
Be a brand guardian, endlessly look for opportunities to elevate our brand and ensure consistency across all channels
Take ownership of you’re workload managing your capacity and priorities
Take on any ahoc design projects - this could be anything from advent calendars to in-store printed POS
Requirements:
4+ years experience in a graphic design role and a strong portfolio
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Past experience liaising with print suppliers
Strong eye for detail, highly organised and proactive
Passionate about packaging and creating that ‘wow’ moment for the customer
Passionate about branding and excited about maintaining brand consistency
Collaborative and willing to get stuck into any creative project that comes your way
Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution
Calm under pressure and a positive attitude
Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
