PURPOSE OF ROLE: To lead, develop, manage and produce for a roster of both young and more established, creative image makers working within the fashion, beauty and luxury markets.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful individual with a true love and understanding of the fashion world. The role will require you to manage a bespoke roster of talent by negotiating and running new jobs with existing clients, as well generating new business and inspiring your artists to grow and develop.

The ideal candidate would have 3 years + working within the fashion, beauty and luxury world, have a key understanding of luxury brands and is comfortable guiding a roster of artists as well as managing fashion stills and film production.

- Comfortable owning a roster of talent

- Experience negotiating deals in a similar industry

- Experience managing diaries, travel and needs of each artist

- Experience in both film and stills production

- Calm and resourceful under pressure

- Comfortable securing and pitching in new business meetings

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience running projects and budgets from end to end

- Drive, passion and love for the industry

- Ability to work well with a small, friendly team

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating and running job specific budgets

- Ensuring each artist on your roster has what they require for their projects

- Negotiating and securing project deals

- Managing travel and needs for each artist

- Securing job opportunities that come to each artist

WIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing your roster but actively seeking out new opportunities and clients for them

- Uncovering new talent

- Growing Image Partnership’s client list

- Actively investigating clients needs to create additional opportunities

- Selling both the roster and Image Partnership’s production capabilities within the industry

- Discovering and securing new talent collaborations for the roster
