The Role:

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Account manager with an interest in black culture and storytelling

The Account Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of AVCT Projects, working between the internal team and our clients.

We’re looking for a team player, self starter with exemplary organisational skills.

The role is 4 days. Preferably London based or willing to work at least 1 day a week in London. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate effective management of AVCT projects, including developing and updating project timelines and liaising with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Support project delivery on a variety of creative projects liaising with clients, external collaborators (e.g photographers, stylists etc).

Build and improve systems and processes to deliver projects

Create and update materials to support delivery and evaluation of projects, including presentations, pitches and reviews.

Determine budgets, obtain quotes and keep control over project costs.

Undertake desk based research on a variety subjects

Project administration including setting up meetings, general admin for the internal team

Liaise and communicate with clients, external partners and networks

Support organisation of and participate in project meetings, presentations and workshops

Essential

3-4 years experience working in an agency environment

Experience of project coordination and administrative support

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Excel, Office applications (Word, Powerpoint)

Highly organised, with attention to detail

Fluency in English

Desirable

Social media management

Good knowledge of Keynote and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign)
