We're a design and digital agency with a significant and growing portfolio of work in the manufacturing sector. With a large volume of new work coming in, we're expanding our freelance bench and looking for a skilled PPC Specialist to join us on an ongoing basis.

About the work

A mix of retainer and project-based engagements. You'll be planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns primarily across LinkedIn and Meta, with potential Google Ads involvement depending on strategy. You'll be targeting specialist B2B audiences — contractors, consultants, and specifiers across engineering services, construction, architecture and planning, civil engineering, and design services.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience running paid campaigns in a B2B context, ideally within manufacturing
  • Strong LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads experience — this is essential for the role
  • Experience targeting contractors, consultants, and specifiers in technical or industrial sectors
  • Ability to work closely with a design agency team on creative direction, landing pages, and messaging alignment
  • Comfortable working across both retainer and project-based scopes

Bonus points for

  • Experience in the manufacturing supply or specification market
  • Google Ads experience (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Experience writing or contributing to compelling ad copy
