Creative Producer

SNOW Diamonds is hiring a Creative Producer to manage all of our brand projects. This is a key role in helping us grow a brighter future through sustainable, groundbreaking technology.

We recently locked in our Series A funding and are ready to hit the ground running: scaling our diamond growing production with state of the art, groundbreaking technology. Our small but mighty team is composed of talent all over the world from top tech and luxury retail companies.

We are a remote-first company and you can be located anywhere in London. You’ll report to the Chief Brand Officer, be a key member of our Brand team, and oversee all of SNOW’s brand projects.

YOUR IMPACT

• Managing our outside vendors
• Protecting and managing expectations of designers
• Managing deliverables and budget deadlines
• Organizing meetings between internal and external teams
• Cross collaboration - liaison between internal teams, and internal team building

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Proactivity - Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
• Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and concisely. Able to effectively present and receive information to and from a diverse audience
• Scrappiness - Does whatever it takes to solve the problem. Not reliant on having perfect resourcing to unblock. Willing to explore multiple short-term solutions and see them through quickly
• Organization & Planning - Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities
• Efficiency - Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort

YOUR PAST EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Experience successfully leading 0-1 large scale productions
• Have been able to implement and iterate on new processes to improve work efficiency

NICE TO HAVES

• Copywriting experience
• Operations experience with internal and external stakeholders
• Event planning for internal and external clientele

SNOW Diamonds is a remote-first company with pay reflecting data from the United Kingdom, as a whole. The annual compensation for this role is £90,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). Factors such as qualifications, skill set and experience may cause your compensation to vary from the listed number.
