Pioneering Creative Director of Internationally recognised Luxury Fashion and Editorials Brands, progressive approach that has the left industry waiting to see what he produces next.

His Global Creative and Strategic Direction has led him to be most Awarded Creative within the Fashion and Beauty sector at the Clio Awards, picking up D&AD and many more awards at Cannes International Festival of Creativity.

Thriving in a space with best known brands, working hand in hand with Founders to produce creatively challenging work of art.

With many clients based in the EU the Creative Director is looking to bring on board an Account Director to there new team based in London.

This role will be the most Senior client facing position within the Agency, therefore it will be your responsibility to grow and develop a Project Management team that feeds into your role. Whilst holding full accountability across all prized clients relationships directly, managing client meetings, briefings, hands on with resource allocation, budgets, projects management and delivery of all creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline all communication flow, key point of contact for creatives and clients.

• Leading client meetings and prepare client briefs to follow-up with budget considerations

• Set up project processes, schedules and deliverables

• Onboard new team, managing performance and development.

• Available to travel for key meetings and photo shoots.

• Forthright with project conflicts, proactive with solution focused responses

• Build strong valued relationships with client base, taking interest to understand their business and how they like to perform.

• Negotiation skills for SOW with Chief Creative and Agent

• Gate keeper, manage expectations, set realistic timelines, create milestones to deliver in time, protect quality of creativity by creating an environment based on realistic and efficient process.

Working Experience requirements:

• Experienced working preferably within a similar boutique agency or corporate but willing to be hands on.

• Management of production and post-production processes for still and film

• Working with luxury brands, with understanding of traditional and digital media.

• Speaks fluent English. Italian and French a plus

Location: London base – travel to EU, US + shoot location

Full Time; Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm
