Job Description
Location: London - hybrid (3 days in the office)
We’re a Connected Experience Studio, on a mission to make every brand touchpoint connect to an experience. As a Junior Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal part in a growing design team, working on exciting projects for some of the world’s biggest brands, as well as helping to build our own.
In this role you will have exposure and access to industry-leading expertise, coached by leadership with 10+ years designing Connected Experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing assets across digital and print, including social content, event materials, and campaign visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Design compelling visual content (static and motion) to communicate ideas, concepts, and case studies clearly, supporting both internal thinking and external storytelling.
- Support the creation and refinement of presentation decks, ensuring all outputs are visually consistent, on-brand, and delivered to a high professional standard.
- Contribute to UI design across digital products, producing well-crafted interfaces, components, and visual systems under guidance from senior designers.
- Collaborate with the wider design team on creative responses, including brainstorming, ideation, and rapid asset creation for pitches and projects.
- Explore and evolve the io.tt and SharpEnd brands through ongoing visual experimentation, helping to shape and extend brand expression across touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in AI, and proactively bring new ideas and approaches into the team.
Skills and Experience
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1+ years of graphic design experience (agency experience a plus)
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creativity
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Suite, Figma and AI generation tools
- Experience in designing for print, social, and web
- Comfortable with motion design and creating animations/video
- Able to clearly communicate your designs to cross-functional teams
