Motion Graphics Designer

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a creative, ambitious and highly talented motion designer with strong ideas and 5+ years working experience to join our ambitious, passionate global design team. You will be responsible for helping evolve motion design across Paysafe and all our brands. You’re driven, have a diverse portfolio, a passion for animation, design and creating high-quality, polished and engaging work.

You’re passionate about pushing your designs to be more immersive and engaging, you’re a strong team player who takes initiative, has a diverse and stand out folio demonstrating creative motion work with high attention to detail.

You will be creating world-class motion design across a variety of internal and external projects ranging from original creative, brand development, ATL and conceptualising creative solutions to briefs for all our brands and partnerships.

Right now we are all working from home, but in the future you will have a great, sociable office environment and the flexibility to split your time between the office and home.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years related experience in a creative agency, design studio or inhouse
• Proven solid motion experience and an ability to bring your concepts to life across a wide range of projects such as ATL, websites, digital, interactive and social
• You understand movement and have an excellent eye for motion, pace and composition
• Can craft a script and treatment, ability to styleframe, edit an animatic and create design systems
• Can storyboard a narrative and direct a shoot
• Experienced with end-to-end motion delivery, concepting, storyboarding and editing an animatic
• Adept at working across multiple projects, highly motivated, ability to plan, work and manage your own time with a high degree of independence and autonomy
• Advise on motion and video projects alongside the global design team to concept and create engaging and compelling work for original motion and video content
• Experienced working with sound and VO
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain and substantiate your work with both the project boundaries and challenges in mind
• Solid experience animating and generating 2D, 3D graphics and ability to cut a film
• Knowledge of broadcast, transcoding and codecs for delivery
• Superb attention to detail and ability to scamp your ideas and designs
• Pixel perfect, creative thinker and problem solver
• Curious and up for a challenge

Software:

• You live in After Effects and experienced with Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro
• Solid Adobe illustrator and Photoshop skills
