About the role:

To provide effective print and production support, including office and administrative support, to the Marketing Design team.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for confirming print specifications, requesting quotes from printers, suppliers and contractors, and coordination of print, delivery and distribution for a variety of printed materials.

• Work with and maintain relationships with printers, contractors and suppliers, including requesting reference materials and samples and, when required, source new contractors.

• Manage deliveries (both to the BM and to external third parties) and the collection/transfer of printed items to relevant departments/storage areas.

• General office management – assisting with maintaining the team’s printer, basic office supplies and facilities, helping onboard new freelancers on-site and keeping records and samples organised.

• Departmental Health and Safety co-ordinator.

About you:

• 5 GCSE/O levels at grades A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people

• Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and Internet

• Ability to prioritise workloads with excellent time management and organisational skills
