The role:

As Represent continues to grow, we're looking to meet ambitious, commercially-minded people who are passionate about the creative industry, thrive on building relationships, and want to help shape careers and creative teams.

Working from our Farringdon studio as part of a collaborative, hybrid team, you'll partner with some of the world's leading creative agencies and in-house brands, connecting exceptional designers with opportunities across branding, graphic design, art direction, digital and beyond.

Every day is different. You'll work with some of the creative industry's most talented people and most ambitious businesses, helping build careers, creative teams and lasting partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

• Building long-term relationships with designers, creative leaders and clients
• Managing recruitment projects from first conversation through to successful placement
• Interviewing and representing exceptional creative talent
• Developing a deep understanding of clients, teams and hiring challenges
• Delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates
• Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge, ideas and opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Exceptionally organised, with meticulous attention to detail
• Lightning-fast when it comes to communication and follow-up
• Comfortable speaking with everyone from Middleweight Designers to Design Directors and Creative Directors
• Naturally curious and genuinely interested in people
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
• Someone who builds trust quickly and enjoys long-term relationships
• Commercially-minded, with a natural instinct for spotting opportunities and creating value
• Curious about how technology, AI and digital innovation are shaping the future
• Passionate about branding, graphic design and the wider creative industry

Location:

Farringdon, London, with a hybrid working pattern

Salary:

£30,000–60,000 depending on experience + commission
