Right now, we’re on the lookout for a detail-savvy, proactive person to keep things running smoothly across compliance, admin, and finance. You'll be the first friendly voice people hear when they call us, and the go-to person for keeping our documents and invoicing in top shape.

This is a full-time contract, maternity cover, starting in September 2025 and running to the end of May 2026.

What you'll be doing:

Phone First Responder: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, friendly, helpful, and professional always!

Compliance Champion: Help us stay on track with IR35 rules, Key Information Documents and make sure our terms of business are up to scratch.

Contract & Doc Support: Keep our contracts, agreements, and other key docs organised and compliant.

Timesheet Tracking: Project managing and making sure all candidates and client have everything they need.

Invoicing & Credit Control: Support the finance team with creating invoices and chasing payments when needed.

Admin Support: Help our Senior Leadership Team stay organised with day-to-day admin tasks.

Process Keeper: Make sure internal systems and workflows are followed and improved where needed.

What we're looking for:

Someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with both clients and the team.

Previous admin, finance support or compliance experience is a must. We need a XERO expert.

Comfortable juggling a few things at once and happy to pick up the phone!
