As experienced marketers, creatives and avid gamers we ensure that we put every bit of ourselves into each and every project. Based in London and Montreal, but with clients right across the globe we aim to envision, develop and produce content that not only sells but excites. All created under one roof, our multi-disciplined in-house teams can take any brief from idea to realisation.

We are looking for a freelance producer to start with us ASAP. This role would have the potential to become permanent, should it be a match made in heaven. A Fire Without Smoke Producer is a point person within the London Studio - the conduit between internal team members, external partners and clients. The producer’s role is three-fold; foster a strong relationship with clients, produce the best game content possible and deliver it on time and budget for business success. We are looking for a hardworking, driven producer who loves games and has some experience or interest in the advertising/ cinema world.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible for the day to day running of projects

• Rally team members to produce the best possible game content

• Manage and be the driving force of briefing, ideation and production

• Plan and conduct efficient meetings, project reviews and kick off meetings

• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication between stakeholders

• Produce high-quality content across video, print, digital, and CGI

• Help develop inspiring client proposals together with other team members

• Manage multiple projects across different clients • Develop watertight quotes and SOWs on projects

• Effectively manage time and budget of projects

• Maintain internal production tools and sheets

• Track cost on ongoing projects, and provide regular updates to the Production Director

• Build strong and trusting relationship with clients and internal team members

• Farm for new business opportunities to drive organic growth

• Oversee scheduling and managing external freelancers and suppliers

• Conduct regular meetings with the PD about ongoing projects, live pitches, and potential new business

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years working as a Producer in a creative environment

• Strong relationship and communication skills

• Diligent and highly organised manager

• Ability to multitasks across different projects

• Effectively co-ordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders

• Extensive portfolio of produced work across video, print, creative, digital, and CGI

• Multimarket production experience

• Creative problem solving skills
