An opportunity to join an independent Manchester agency and work closely with their Creative Director, in the role of Midweight Creative.
This is an integrated agency that works with clients across both branding and campaign work. This agency often start their process with branding and take the brand through to market via integrated campaigns which include work across TV, press, digital, outdoor and social. You should be a creative who wants to work across Concepts, Design and Art Direction, you might not have had all of those elements in previous roles, but really want to take on an all-round role where you’ll get the chance to develop concepts and see them through into a campaign across all channels.
They are building a team where everyone is treated equally, everyone gets stuck in, nobody just does the good stuff and nobody just does the crappy jobs either. They want someone who wants to be part of a team, knowledge share and always look to learn new skills, think differently and about how creativity can harness tech.
You’re strong on brand and campaign, and have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience. You have a solid portfolio which displays your talent and you should be ambitious, with fire in your belly to prove yourself.
