We're a central London-based boutique creative agency that works across events, destinations, and entertainment brands and We are looking for an experienced Designer to join our close and inclusive team.

As a small independent agency, we are a family, always ready to help each other out without too much concern for hierarchy. We’re looking for someone to join us in working together to get projects completed to the highest standard. Key clients include: Warner Discovery, ITV Studios, Disney, Fremantle, West Ham United and Warner Bros. Studio Tour (both in London and Hollywood).

As a Designer, you'll immediately become an integral part of the team, but there is significant scope and flexibility to expand working roles to suit everyone. All opinions and ideas are heard and considered, and we'll want whoever joins us to slot in and make the role their own.

A creative leader supporting design-related tasks throughout projects, from immersion to strategy to creative expression and implementation.

Independently proactive and work closely with the design team but can manage your own time. Fast and reliable, can work under pressure when needed.

Be flexible and willing to apply creative thinking across all stages of the creative process; research, strategy, expression and execution. And push the boundaries of how you work.

You can

Create exciting work with strong conceptual and strategic foundations.

Translate design solutions in graphic design, identity design, branding systems, typography, storytelling, and photography.

Understanding of photography and what a technically good image is (lightning, compositing, etc).

Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail.

Manage upwards to supporting Creative directors to ensure that work gets delivered on time and to a high standard.

Be a Mentor and role model for junior designers in the design team.

Effectively communicate direction to the team after client feedback or internal design reviews.

You have

A passion for design, film, TV and gaming.

Ideally, relevant experience in film and TV key art and title treatment creation.

An advanced level of compositing, retouching, colour grading and lighting in Photoshop

At least 5+ years of industry experience.

A varied portfolio of work that demonstrates concept-driven design and expertly crafted executions.

Worked on print and digital executions from start to finish.

Your skills

A high level of skill in design programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is essential, and a masterful understanding of PhotoShop is vital.

Understanding of peripheral design processes.

Experience in motion, coding and 3D design is a huge bonus!

Demonstrated experience in grading and retouching high and low-quality assets.

Confident in client meetings and workshops.

Able to put an attractive and compelling presentation together.
