Since 1971 Imprimerie du Marais have been creating and exporting beautiful and innovative print collateral to brands and agencies world-wide. Our eight workshops combine print finishing and creative production to deliver collateral across stationery, retail, event, CRM, gifting collateral and packaging.
All production is in-house at our state of the art factory in the heart of Paris and the demand for our craft is global. IDM have been operational in the UK and US since 2015 and continue to grow.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Imprimerie du Marais are looking for a Production Coordinator to join their small but growing international team.
The role is an essential part of the team in managing the development, production and delivery of bespoke print projects. The role will involve working on multiple projects at once across multiple sectors. No two projects are the same so attention to detail is key to delivering the highest standard to our client base.
The role involves working with teams in London, Paris and NYC to find creative and logistical solutions often with tight deadlines. You will be responsible for managing specifications and quotes between the Paris HQ and US / UK offices.
Good communication skills are essential as you will need to coordinate with colleagues and clients in different sectors and locations to manage production and delivery. Where needed you will travel to Paris to press-pass projects.
Working closely with the teams in Paris, London and NYC, you will help traffic key info as projects move through production.
KEY MISSIONS
As a key part of the global team, your objectives will be to:
- Represent the Imprimerie du Marais on a daily basis
- Help develop creative specifications for projects
- Manage costing and amends with the Paris HQ and the commercial team
- Help manage print production internally with the production team.
- Liaise with clients to manage project schedules in production through to delivery.
- Keep a track of project workflow through internal management tools.
- Create and send invoices through Xero
- Manage third party partners and suppliers where necessary
- Help keep our materials library up to date.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Excellent interpersonal skills, serious and organised, able to adapt to deal with different creative agencies, purchasing departments, brand managers, suppliers.
- Extremely organised and creatively driven
- A love of print and creative production
- Experience using Adobe / Creative design tools
- Experience managing complex creative projects
- Experience using CRM and project management tools as well as invoicing tools
- Experience working directly with creatives / graphic designers
- French speaking is a bonus
TERMS
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Full time, Monday-Friday
SALARY: £40k per annum
PROBATION: 3 Months
HOLIDAY: 20 Days excluding public holidays
PENSION: Workplace pension in place.
EXTRA: Mobile contract included. Travel in London zones 1-2 included.
