BGN are entering a bold new chapter, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape it. We need a senior designer who’s bursting with ideas, obsessive about craft, and excited to push brands beyond the expected. Someone who can lead projects, proactively contribute to a collaborative environment, and help us build work that breaks categories and defines what’s next.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Creative Charge: Drive the ideation stages of projects, swiftly translating client briefs into compelling ideas, either independently or as part of a team.
Masterful Presentation & Rationale: Present your ideas with precision through mock-ups and presentation visuals. Articulate the “why” behind your creative thinking with passion and conviction, whether presenting your own work or that of your team.
Craft & Execution: Transform your ideas into compelling, effective designs through exceptional application of your craft. Ensure accuracy in your work and that of your team members.
Strategic & Future Ready: Understand when to disrupt a space for a brand and when to leverage Ai tools. Actively integrate insights from the strategy team into your designs.
Client Storytelling: Present your work artfully and passionately, building context, weaving a compelling story, and delivering exciting moments for our clients.
Time Management & Standards: Pragmatically ensure your output is fit for purpose, meets deadlines, and upholds BGN’s creative standards. Communicate misaligned expectations to senior colleagues or client services to ensure timely delivery.
Skills and Experience
- A proven track record of delivering well-crafted, effective design.
- Demonstrable ability to lead ideation stages and develop compelling creative responses to briefs.
- Expertise in presenting ideas through high-quality mock-ups and visuals.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate creative rationale with passion and conviction.
- Proficiency in applying your craft to create compelling and effective designs.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with technical knowledge of asset production for all outputs.
- A portfolio showcasing significant brand identity and digital projects, demonstrating concept-driven design, superior execution, experimentation, versatility, strategic thinking, and energy.
