Job Description

The Sales & Project Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to confirmed order handover.

This role focuses on commercial growth, client management and project scoping, while all operational delivery, production, stock and supplier coordination is handled by the Operations Manager.

The role is suited to someone confident with clients, commercially minded, highly organised at the front end, and comfortable working closely with a founder-led brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across:

  • Hotels & hospitality
  • Corporate gifting
  • Wholesale & retail partnerships
  • Brand collaborations

Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify opportunities

Prepare proposals and costings in collaboration with the founder

Support the founder on key pitches, presentations and negotiations

Maintain a clear sales pipeline and opportunity tracker

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients pre-production

Build strong, long-term client relationships aligned with the Evermore London brand

Manage client expectations around timelines, pricing and scope (with ops input)

Ensure all client communications are clear, professional and proactive

Project Scoping & Handover

Own project scoping from enquiry to confirmation, including:

  • Understanding client briefs
  • Clarifying quantities, specifications and timelines
  • Flagging risks or complexities early

Prepare clear internal project briefs once orders are confirmed

Handover confirmed projects to the Operations Manager with all required information

Support smooth transition from sales to delivery

Commercial & Admin Support

Prepare draft costings and critical paths for review and sign-off

Ensure signed agreements or confirmations are in place before handover

Maintain accurate records of client activity and confirmed orders

Support forecasting by providing visibility on upcoming pipeline

Skills & Experience

Experience in sales, account management or project management within: fragrance, beauty, wellness, lifestyle or premium consumer goods

Strong client-facing communication skills

Commercially confident and detail-aware

Able to manage multiple opportunities without operational overload

Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-moving environment
