Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced producer to work across our commercial projects covering both stills and moving imagery. Immersed in a fast paced creative environment, we are looking for someone with a love and knowledge of popular culture – a creative problem solver who is passionate about making exciting work. We expect you to bring the same level of professionalism to the advertising clients, as to the day-to-day editorial content. Comfortable in managing both small scale and large scale projects is a must.

The Senior Producer will report to the Head of Production, working alongside key members of the commercial and partnership team and overseeing jobs from pitching through to delivery stage.

Primary Responsibilities:

Budgeting and fully scoping large scale projects

Working closely with both the commercial and editorial team to produce multiple formats across digital channels and print for both The Face and commercial partners

Suggesting talent, photographers, directors, crew and collaborators for editorial and commercial projects

Overseeing and having full ownership of pre and post production process, budget management / reconciliation and talent bookings

Overseeing project timelines, ensuring work is delivered to deadlines, and working within tight timeframes

Creating and maintaining strong relationships with artists, agents and key suppliers

Working with the team to challenge and evolve creative process and execution

Representing The Face on all shoot days locally and overseeas

Representing The Face to the industries it serves

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a producer

Experience budgeting and scoping in photography, film and audio

High level of understanding around shoot management, equipment, stills, films crews, industry rates, standards and best practise

Existing network of industry contacts

Broad knowledge of talent usages

Strong organisation and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects

Calm and confident under pressure and unafraid of trying new things

Genuine passion for creating new, exciting and original work
