Job Description

About Feast

Feast is a creative studio specialising in bold, visually arresting key art, posters, and campaigns for the arts and live entertainment sector. Based in Camden, we collaborate with leading theatres, venues, and producers to craft visuals that grab attention and tell a story. From the West End to immersive experiences, our work helps shape the public face of some of the UK’s most talked-about shows and events.

The Role

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the team and contributing to the smooth running of the studio, covering everything from buying the biscuits to assisting the Management Team. Being highly organised with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage a range of everyday tasks and report back on the progress of those tasks are essential skills. The role will typically entail the tasks listed under Role Responsibilities, although this list isn't exhaustive. This is a full-time role based in our Camden studio.

You'll need to be:

o Organised and highly attentive to detail

o Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks

o Comfortable managing multiple tasks

o A clear and confident communicator

o Calm and practical

The successful applicant will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be prepared to take on the demands of working in a very busy, but fun studio.

We’re looking for someone bright, hardworking and enthusiastic, ideally with an interest in theatre and the arts — someone who's happy to get stuck in to whatever task is thrown their way!

Role Responsibilities

o Providing efficient personal assistance to the Managing & Creative Directors, including feeding the MD’s cats when he's on holiday!

o Providing general support to the General & Studio Managers

o Assisting the MD with his fine art website

o Entering staff timesheets into our database each day

o Maintaining our client database for bi-annual mailings

o Assistance with photoshoots, including organising refreshments and moving equipment between studios

o Answering the phone & forwarding calls

o Greeting visitors to the Studio and making refreshments

o Arranging couriers and receiving deliveries

o Maintaining studio supplies and issuing accompanying purchase orders

o Keeping studios and kitchens clean, tidy & presentable

o Assisting with organising staff/client social events

o Deliveries to clients

o Co-ordination & distribution of client Christmas gifts

o Digitising receipts

What We Offer You

o The chance to work with a friendly, creative team in the arts and entertainment space

o Summer and winter team parties/outings, plus regular socials & studio treats

o Up to £300 per year to spend on theatre tickets

Equal Opportunities

Feast Creative is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team. We believe diversity leads to better creativity, better work, and a better place to work.
