Job Description
The Studio
An in-house studio for a well-loved fashion brand offering a collection of great quality, elevated outfits and items to a rapidly growing customer base. With a strong lens on sourcing and materials the brand has a strong commitment to becoming a more responsible business and has a very considered approach. The design team is responsible for delivering all brand work across digital, print and physical touch points, ensuring that the brand handwriting and values are consistent, and the customer experience is the best it can be. They have worked hard to create an environment and culture that encourages growth and progression, collaboration and support. The team are together in the Studio 2-3 days a week with flexibility for working from home.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting the in-house design team. There is a strong focus on digital output, but you’ll also be involved in designing and developing printed materials for the brand so it’s important that you have experience working across most retail formats and channels including campaigns, emails, content, editorial, in-store communications and environments. We’re also looking for impeccable taste levels and an elevated aesthetic to match the brand vision and style. Although there is a lot of day-to-day design delivery, in the longer term you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in the more conceptual stages of projects, developing ideas and ways to push the brand forward creatively.
The Ideal Candidate
Will need some experience working with fashion and lifestyle brands and the retail formats involved.
Has creative flair alongside the core design skills for the day-to-day output.
Will need to be confident in designing for digital formats.
Is incredibly well organised. Able to manage and prioritise workloads and deadlines.
Has a genuine interest in fashion and what brands are doing from a design perspective, as well as a keen eye on emerging trends.
