Creative Lead

We’re looking for an inspiring Creative Lead that brings energy, ideas and amazing technical skills to Found, alongside of course a killer portfolio.

We are in an exciting phase of growth that’s seeing us move into a new studio, launch our new brand and website, continue to expand the team and do more work internationally. We want someone to work alongside our Creative Director and senior team to continue to take Found to the next level.

We need someone with an amazing body of work, a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) who’s also commercially aware, process-driven and takes responsibility in their stride.

You’ll be working with our Creative Director on larger projects, but also running your own client projects and R&D work, working with the design and production team at Found and dealing directly with clients. Experience of pitching to and wowing clients, big and small, in person and virtually is vital for this role.

The Creative Lead will be responsible for idea and concept generation. They will handle treatments, scripting and storyboarding, challenging client thinking and expectations throughout. In short, they will drive the overall direction of each project and get involved in the creation of styleframes and animation where and when required.

From a technical point of view, we expect our new Creative Lead to be making as well as leading and managing, so an excellent working knowledge of Cinema4D, Redshift, Octane and Houdini is a must, alongside Adobe Creative Suite and Google applications. Experience and knowledge of Unreal Engine, virtual production, live action shooting and direction are all nice-to-haves.

You might be someone in a small independent studio wanting to make a move into a different size business, leading projects with more profile. Someone from a larger agency looking for more creative freedom and ownership of projects. Or you’re working in-house at a leading brand, looking to take that experience across multiple sectors.

This role is full-time and will be based in our Farringdon studio in London. We are currently working remotely but will be moving a flexible mix of studio / remote working once lockdown ends.
