In a nutshell:

We’re in search of a Creative Producer to join the Chapel Collective, (Chapel, The Different Folk) as a permanent member of staff, responsible for managing our growing creative team and stakeholder list to lead the production of bespoke creative projects. As a client-facing role, it will require you to take on the coordination and completion of all projects on time, within budget and to scope. You must be able to navigate a collaborative culture, motivating everyone to create work we’re proud to put the Chapel Collective name to.

What the role entails:

  • Supporting our lead PM on our biggest accounts
  • Managing varying creative projects from proposal to delivery
  • Acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Overseeing inhouse and commissioned creative teams
  • Having excellent production knowledge and staying abreast of trends in the wider creative industry, with a focus on animation / motion.
  • Recognising and engaging brilliant talent (freelance directors, animators, composers etc.)
  • Assigning responsibilities to get the best out of every brief
  • Creative production of a wide-range of content such as trailers, promos, sizzles, spots, radio and social content.
  • Budget management and cost negotiation at various production levels
  • Generating proposals, time plans, SOWs and POs
  • Managing budget trackers and monitoring progression
  • Liaising with clients regularly to maintain an efficient workflow
  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time
  • Organising and leading in/external meetings including WIPs
