Job Description

The Role

The Director of Brand, Audience & Digital is a key role within Scottish Ballet with a strong internal and external focus. Sitting within the Senior Leadership Group, you will work with the Executive Director and other Senior Leaders to ensure Scottish Ballet’s brand and output (stage, screen and digital content) is well positioned to attract new and diverse audiences.

Through adroit communication skills and with an eye on our core values, you will inspire and lead a talented, motivated team to deliver on the company’s strategic goals for box office revenue, audience engagement and retention – presenting the company’s work to best advantage within our local communities and emerging global market.

The Candidate

  • Will have experience in developing strategy and leading on audience growth;
  • Will have worked with and across a range of comms and media channels, and distribution platforms;
  • You are a creative and curious thinker, with a passion for the arts (especially stage and screen);
  • You are willing to be Scottish Ballet’s brand champion, helping the company to thrive and to achieve its Mission: ‘To inspire on stage and beyond’.
