Social Media Strategist

We’re looking for a talented, social-native Strategist to join The Ready House on a freelance contract. You’ll be working across a number of exciting social-first client projects for brands in retail, lifestyle and placemaking – helping shape narratives, craft campaigns, and drive real engagement through creative strategy.

You’ll be working across:

  • Developing and delivering creative organic social campaigns
  • Identifying and engaging influencers and cultural partners that bring campaigns to life
  • Supporting community management and content performance analysis
  • Contributing to broader brand and comms strategies that connect brand, social, web and CRM
  • Working directly with our creative and design teams to shape messaging and tone

The ideal person:

  • Has strong experience in social-first brand work – either in-house, agency, or freelance
  • Understands how social connects across platforms (CRM, website, in-person)
  • Can think creatively and commercially at the same time
  • Loves building structure around ideas; whether it’s in a deck, a framework or a content plan
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and can adapt quickly across clients and sectors
  • This is a freelance role with potential to extend or evolve based on client work. We’re open to part-time if the fit is right.
