Job Description

Junior Video Producer (edit-capable)

We’re looking for an ambitious, versatile junior who’ll support in all stages of the production process working across film, animation and motion graphics.

You should be interested and interesting, organised, client-competent and happy to work in post-production when needed. It’s a varied role – some weeks you’ll be closer to the edit, others you’ll be in logistics and client comms. You’ll have a direct input on the work of the agency and should develop to have ownership of projects.

What you’ll do:

· Support with all aspects of production, from ideation to edits

· Scopes & schedules, simple estimates/SOWs, call sheets

· Join client reviews with a friendly, professional manner; present WIP edits

· Keep projects moving: book freelancers, request quotes/POs, track costs

· Post production: prepare edits after shoots, light motion gfx work

· Contribute to briefs, treatments, scripts, interview questions

· On-set support (camera/lighting/sound basics a plus)

You’ll bring:

· ~3+ years’ experience (agency, production company, in-house or freelance)

· Calm, clear communicator (must have excellent written & spoken English)

· Premiere Pro confidence; AE and other Creative Cloud a bonus

· Ideas and enthusiasm, curiosity for new formats and platforms

· Sound judgment, tidy files, and an eye for story

· A sense of humour

How we work:

· ‘Kitchen-table’ approach: clear thinking and communication, close to decisions, honest feedback

· Mainly in office: 3-4 days a week

· Good working culture

· Progression path: Junior Video Producer → Producer

The offer:

· Full-time, hybrid (office in Shepherd’s Bush / Holland Park)

· Friendly people and workspace

· £25–35k depending on experience

· 24 days holiday & bank holidays

· Training allowance for career progression
